I joined the waitlist — when do I get access?

You’ll get launch and early-access updates at the email you used on isoworldapp.com. Confirmation should arrive shortly after signup; check spam/junk if you don’t see it.

I was charged — how do refunds work?

Refunds depend on booking status (before start vs in progress vs after delivery). See the full matrix on the Refunds page, then email us with your booking ID if something looks wrong.

Emergency ISO didn’t find anyone

Unaccepted emergency searches time out after 2 minutes with no charge. Try again when creators are online nearby, or post a planned booking from Activity.

Creator FAQ

When do I get paid?

After payment, a deposit may be released and the remainder is typically held until the customer accepts delivery. Payouts also depend on Stripe Connect onboarding and bank processing times.

Customer didn’t accept delivery

You can submit a payment review request from the booking. ISO reviews the brief, messages, and deliverables, then approves or denies release of the held balance.

Creator Pro

Creator Pro is billed by Apple. Change or cancel it in your Apple subscriptions settings. Email us if Pro perks in the app don’t match your subscription status.
